Recently, a batch of hose pumps customized for mining applications by Hefei Huayun Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. successfully passed quality inspections and was officially delivered to a major domestic mining group. These pumps will be applied in slurry and tailings transportation within the group’s mining operations, providing strong adaptability and stable performance to enhance production efficiency and ensure safe operation.

To address the challenges of high solid content and strong abrasiveness in the mining industry, Huayun carried out targeted upgrades on this batch of hose pumps. The core components are made of high-strength wear-resistant materials, enabling long-term resistance against slurry-induced wear and extending service life. Meanwhile, the pumps feature optimized self-priming and anti-blockage designs, effectively preventing clogging caused by impurities in slurry and reducing downtime for maintenance.
