Recently, Hefei Huayun Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. completed the delivery of a batch of hose pumps specially designed for mining applications, which have now set out for a Central Asian country. These pumps will be used in key processes such as slurry transportation and tailings treatment in local mines. With outstanding performance and reliable quality, they will inject the strength of “Made-in-China” manufacturing into the development of the Central Asian mining industry. 

As the lead drafting unit of the industry standard for hose pumps (JB/T12753-2015), Huayun Machinery has leveraged over two decades of technological expertise and innovation to comprehensively upgrade and optimize these exported pumps. The equipment features high-strength, wear-resistant alloy pump housings combined with specially formulated high-polymer elastic hoses, effectively addressing the challenges of transporting high-concentration, large-particle, and highly abrasive slurries while significantly reducing equipment failure rates. In addition, taking into account the large diurnal temperature variations characteristic of Central Asia, the pumps have been specially treated for cold and heat resistance to ensure stable operation under extreme environmental conditions.

This shipment of hose pumps to Central Asia marks an important milestone in Huayun Machinery’s expansion into Belt and Road markets.
