Recently, a batch of customized hose pumps manufactured by Hefei Huayun Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has successfully passed quality inspection and packaging, and is now being shipped to a domestic chemical new materials enterprise. These pumps will be applied in the key fluid-transfer section of the company’s concentrated hydrochloric acid production line, providing reliable and corrosion-resistant performance to ensure safe and efficient operation of chemical production processes.

As a highly corrosive chemical raw material, concentrated hydrochloric acid imposes extremely strict requirements on the material and sealing performance of transfer equipment. In addition, the pumps feature a fully sealed structure to prevent acid-vapor leakage, meeting the explosion-proof and environmental standards required for chemical production.
