Recently, Hefei Huayun Machinery successfully delivered a customized small-scale experimental dispersion and emulsification unit for a domestic pesticide manufacturer.

Designed specifically for dosing experiments in pesticide R&D, this equipment features precision control and compact design, helping the manufacturer enhance formulation efficiency and experimental accuracy.

To address the R&D challenges of “small dosage, multiple batches, and high uniformity”, the system adopts a customized stirring mechanism capable of precisely adjusting rotational speed and emulsification duration, ensuring thorough mixing of various pesticide components. The corrosion-resistant chamber is compatible with diverse chemical reagents, preventing material reactions that could affect experimental outcomes.

The R&D director of the pesticide plant noted that the new system resolves the poor adaptability issues common in traditional experimental setups, enabling rapid testing of multiple formulations and significantly shortening the development cycle.
