Given the presence of particulate impurities as well as the corrosive and irritant nature of the medium, the system fully leverages the unique advantages of hose pumps in automatic dosing applications to provide the optimal solution.

 

In thermal power plants, ammonia is primarily used for flue gas denitrification, boiler feedwater pH regulation and corrosion prevention, as well as desulfurization processes. These functions help reduce pollutant emissions, protect equipment, and improve operational efficiency.

 

We provide customers with a complete skid-mounted dosing package, which includes:

 PLC-controlled automatic valve operation, with manual switching capability for routine maintenance.

 Pulsation dampeners to ensure continuous outlet flow and minimize pipeline fluctuations.

 An instrument and electrical control cabinet, enabling comprehensive control of pump operation.
