Recently, Hefei Huayun Machinery successfully completed the manufacturing of a customized emulsification pump for a major sugar factory in Guangxi. Tailored specifically for key processes in sugar production, this pump was developed to enhance sugar juice treatment efficiency through technical innovation. It is expected to significantly increase sugar extraction rates and inject new intelligent momentum into the traditional sugar industry.

Huayun’s technical team conducted in-depth field research at the Guangxi sugar plant, analyzing each stage of the process from cane crushing to juice purification. Based on their findings, the emulsification pump underwent a full-process technological upgrade. The equipment features a newly designed rotor-stator structure with precision tooth engagement and a variable frequency drive system, boosting juice emulsification efficiency by over 30%. This enhances the separation of sugar content from impurities.

To address the high viscosity and strong acidity of sugar juice, the pump body is made from food-grade, corrosion-resistant stainless steel and is equipped with aging-resistant fluororubber seals, ensuring long-term, stable operation even in high-temperature, high-humidity environments.
